More than €60,000 raised for Monegasque association Monaco Disease Power
Organisers were delighted by the success of the fund-raising auction and tombola, which was held during the cocktail event in the majestic Salle Belle Epoque of the Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. Guests crowded into the former ballroom to watch as items such as a Breguet watch donated by H.S.H Prince Albert II of Monaco and an exquisite jewel by Elena Silvodaeva Exclusive went under the hammer.
Since the conception of Top Marques Watches & Jewellery three years ago, more than 200,000 euros has been raised for Moanco Disease Power, an association which supports families of children with physical disabilities or mental illness. Under the honorary presidency of Prince Albert II, one of the main projects of the association in recent years has been the creation of a respite house for families in the Alpes de Haute Provence called La Maison d’Amélie. With the proceeds from last night’s event, the association hopes to be able to realise its ambitions of building a second house.
The 3rd Edition of Top Marques Watches and Jewellery runs until 8pm, Saturday September 30th.
